Unable to sign in or forgot a password?
Here are some things to remember before you request a new password:
- Your username is the email address currently registered for your account.
- Passwords are case sensitive - "password1" and "PassWord1" are not equivalent.
- If your account has been flagged as inactive then please read the help file - Inactive Accounts to learn how to bring your account current. You will not be able to reset your password or log in until your account is active.
If after reading the notes above you still need to reset your password please enter your email address below and click "Reset password" - a new password will be sent to you within the next few minutes. Please add userservices@aphmg.org to your safe-sender list or your new password may be accidentally marked for deletion.
